Looks like we'll be seeing that Pet Sematary remake in 2019!

Paramount Pictures has given the latest Stephen King remake a release date. Variety reports the flick will hit theaters April 19, 2019.

According to Rolling Stone, directors Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer will head up the project.

The book is about a family that moves into a home in Maine with an old pet cemetery near the property. Legend has it that animals buried there come back to life. When the family cat is ran over, it's brought back to life after being buried. When trying to bring a child back to life, the outcome isn't pretty.

The Stephen King novel-turned-movie was originally released in 1989.

According to Nerdist.com, 2019 is also when IT: Chapter 2 will hit theaters. The conclusion of the IT remake is set for September 6, 2019.
