Seal Harbor Beach Donuts Lead to New Sign
Remember back on December 29 when four visitors took a Dodge Charger to Seal Beach and got it stuck on the wet sand and the tide came in and totaled the $42,000 brand new vehicle?
Here are some pictures to bring back the memory.
The car's driver, Saravanan Parthiban, 25, was charged with criminal mischief, according to the Mount Desert Islander. He and the three others in the car all escaped without injury.
Now additional signage has been installed to hopefully keep drivers off the beach.
I don't know... it's kind of like getting a hot cup of coffee and there's a warning label saying contents may be hot. Hello... it's hot coffee!
Hey if a sign will keep someone from ruining a $42,000 car I'm all for it. Next, we're going to have to put up a sign saying prolonged exposure to the sun without sunscreen may cause sunburns.
