One and done, for real.

Drunken driving is obviously a huge problem in America. According to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, 9,967 people where killed in 2014 from alcohol-related accidents.

The National Transportation Safety Board unveiled its 2016 Most Wanted List. A part of the list of road safety recommendations is for states to lower their blood-alcohol limit. It calls for the threshold to be reduced from .08 to .05. However the proposal has its skeptics as to how it could be enforced.

There's lots of factors that come into play as far as alcohol's effect on the body. Weight, medications and food are a few examples. Officers may have a hard time detecting impairment at .05 in some, while seeing signs in others.
