Sickly Fox Reports In Central Maine Has Neighbors Reaching Out For Support

Such beautiful animals foxes and how sad that right now in Maine they are turning up sick with rabies, particularly in central Maine.

This post by Chelsea Neighborhood watch reports more people calling in with sightings and concern.  Two foxes were seen recently with the instructions not to reach out if you see something to Facebook but to call the Wardens and of Animal control. Maine Game Wardens 24-hour hotline 1-800-452-4664.

This problem has yet to reach the Bangor area but it never hurts to be vigilent and prepared.
