Looks like it's all systems go for Aerosmith, this Labor Day Weekend in Bangor.

After Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler entered a rehab facility back in May, it looked like everyone who was psyched to see the band in Bangor on September 4, would have to "Dream On". Luckily for all of us, it looks like he is raring to go.

In May, the band announced Tyler had entered a treatment facility after he relapsed following 10 years of sobriety. This all happened less than a month before to were set to resume their residency in Las Vegas. They also had a few other summer dates to play, including here at Maine Savings Amphitheatre.

After a month plus of treatment, he was released and is recovering quite nicely, thank you!

Wednesday night, around dinner time, Tyler posted a picture on his Facebook page with the caption "NOT TO TOOT MY OWN HORN… GET READY TO BE BLOWN AWAY!!! SEE YOU REAL SOON BANGOR, BOSTON, AND SIN CITY!!!"

Never one to be subtle, he of course was blowing a giant horn in the photo, along with some friends.

Aerosmith is set to hit the stage on Sunday, September 4th, on the Bangor Waterfront, at the newly remodeled Maine Savings Amphitheatre, featuring special guests, Extreme.

I have personally seen the band three times, including a show at the Ballpark at Old Orchard Beach, way back in the late 1990s. I can tell you from personal experience, that they put on one hell of a show. They will "blow" you away, although I doubt he will be playing the horn that he poses with in the Facebook post.
