Subaru Issues Huge Worldwide Recall

This recall is due to a faulty brake light switch in their Subaru Imprezas, Crosstrek and Foresters.

According to Reuters the vehicles of concern were produced from 2008 – 2017. Click here to check your auto’s vin number to see if your auto is included in this recall.

Almost 2 million US cars are included in this recall says manufacturer, Subaru Corp.

Subaru has also gone on record with Consumer Reports that there have been about 20 incidents believed to have been caused by this recalled item. It is also thought that the problem is being caused from cleaning products used near the brake pedal on the cars in question.
