More than 640,000 passengers either hopped on these buses here in Maine or rode into the state on board.

Concord Coach Lines has really become the transportation giant here in Maine, with ridership up by more than 50% over the past ten years, according to an article in the Portland Press Herald.

The article states that more passengers rode on board a Concord Coach Line bus that used the Amtrak Downeaster, or few aboard flights into Bangor.

We recently took a Concord Coach Line bus between Bangor and New York City, and have nothing but good things to say about it.  We were impressed that the bus' Wi-Fi was good enough to stream services like Netflix, that the vehicle was very clean, and besides being very affordable, the complimentary beverages and snacks were awesome.

Concord Coach Lines are located 1039 Union Street in Bangor.  One can actually jump on an Island Explorer Bus in Bar Harbor or Ellsworth, and be transported to the Bangor Transportation Center to jump onto Concord.  Concord Coach Lines run 7 days a week, and ticket information a routes are located HERE.
