Annie Chalmers, Medical Technician at the SPCA of Hancock County, says Missy's got both spunk and pizazz.

"Missy is a five-year-old shorthaired torbie cat with a special personality! Missy has brilliant green eyes that go with her peach and tan-colored face quite stunningly."

"Missy enjoys her nice cozy beds. She likes to choose between alone time and time spent with her approved human, never being forced into any “unnecessary love”. Missy doesn't seem to play much at the shelter, she enjoys a tasty treat and a warm spot to sleep."

Chalmers says while Missy may come across as a bit sassy, she's actually a really great kitty.

"Missy comes from a background of not getting along with other cats, dogs, or young kids. This girl needs a particular home with a family who will respect her comfort zone and her spicy personality. She has that typical torti-tude but is an all-around fantastic cat."

In honor of the special Holiday week, we'll have another pair of beautiful black kitties for you to check out tomorrow, so make sure you keep an eye out for Dimkee and Hotay.
