A vehicle fire on I-95 is slowing traffic during the Wednesday morning commute.

UPDATE: State Police say the scene has been cleared and traffic is moving normally.

Maine State Police spokesperson Shannon Moss says the pickup truck fire is located at mile marker 179 in Hampden and was reported just before 6:00 Wednesday morning. Northbound traffic has been at a standstill while crews dealt with the fire. Just before 7:00, a State Police Dispatcher told us they were opening up one lane to traffic, but that travel would be slow.

The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
