From the depths of YouTube.

Searching the internet, I unearthed an odd short instructional film put out by the State of Maine Department of Agriculture from way back in 1951.

The film, "Maine Barbecue" is about singer named Sally Knapp, who has a picnic by the lake in Monmouth with her friends and shares tips on how to barbecue chicken the Maine way.

It's an interesting look back at the Maine way of life in the '50s. And thanks for the chicken Sally, it sure was swell!
