In this adaptation of the Ray Bradbury story, two boys are about to discover the truth about a mysterious carnival. Important: These performances are at Peakes Auditorium, NOT the Penobscot Theatre. Tickets are $12 for adults.

9 a.m., Friday, Aug. 18 to Sunday, Aug. 20This historic aircraft, one of 10 left in the world, has been fully restored and is flown all over the country so that folks can check it out, inside and out. The cost for a tour is $10, or, $20 for a family of four. You may even fly aboard the plane, with fares ranging from $450 to $850.

Sun, August 20, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.Local farmers will be selling seasonal fruits and vegetables, naturally raised meats -- including beef, pork and chicken -- along with eggs, cheeses, baked goods, coffee, seedlings, cut flowers and more.
