Bangor Bus System Is Free This Coming Tuesday

Ride the bus for nothing this coming Tuesday!

Following up on the free fares this past Election Day, the City of Bangor has announced that anyone can ride the Community Connector bus free, system-wide, on Tuesday, November 22!

A press release from the City states: "November is 'Ride the Bus Month' in Bangor. The goal of 'Ride the Bus Month' is to increase bus ridership and public awareness of the Community Connector as a provider of low-cost, safe, and reliable public transportation service in the Greater Bangor area."

Concerned and confused about riding the bus?  Good news!  The City of Bangor will even provide you with a free "bus ambassador", someone to help you navigate the bus system with confidence!  Call the Community Connector office at 992-4670 to be set up!
