After scrapping tour plans last year, Alice Cooper is hitting the road in September.

Due to COVID, Super Duper Alice Cooper canceled much of his Ol' Black Eyes Is Back Tour with Tesla last summer. Well it looks like this late-summer and fall will be a different story. Cooper and Ace Frehley will team up on the road, bringing a tour stop just shy of Maine.

The show is set for Gilford, New Hampshire, at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion September 18. The show is the second stop on the 26 date tour. Tickets go on-sale Friday, May 21.

The shock rocker was to perform at the New Hampshire venue June 20, 2020. The show was among the first to be canceled as COVID-19 spread across the country.

This season, the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion plans to start with reduced capacity, socially distant shows. Then later in the season move to full-capacity concerts. The 2021 season includes shows from The Black Crowes, and Hall & Oats. Ringo Starr and The Doobie Brothers have pushed their shows to 2022.

Meanwhile here in Bangor, concerts appear to be a-go for the 2021 season. With outdoor restrictions on physical distancing and capacity limits ending, concerts will resume on the Bangor Waterfront this summer. The news was confirmed by Alex Gray of Waterfront Concerts. Gray told WABI they will go forward with their schedule of concerts that were pushed from 2020, to this summer. The schedule, so far, includes Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett and KISS. It will take about a week to get the venue ready for shows.
