Bigfoot Spotted in Portland…Kinda

If you haven't visited Portland recently, there's a new resident on Thompson's Point. At over 8 feet tall, it's kind of hard to miss this wood carved Sasquatch.

On a recent trip to Portland we finally got a pic of The International Cryptozoology Museum's very appropriate mascot. Welcoming visitors is this massive Bigfoot statue!

The 800 pound statue was installed in May outside the museum located at Thompson's Point. It stands 8 1/2 feet tall and was carved with chainsaws.

The International Cryptozoology Museum features everything from Bigfoot, to aliens and of course world expert in everything unusual, Loren Coleman.
