Frank the dachshund was only 5 months old when he was adopted by the Borges family.

Before being adopted he had been mistreated horribly.  He was afraid of everything, peed on everything, and never wagged his tail.  He was also deaf because of his mistreatment.

Now is a different story!  Frank wags his tail so much now that he does it in his sleep!
