
Bangor’s Community Connector Seeks Input on New Fare System
The Community Connector in Bangor is planning some updates and upgrades, and they’re asking for public feedback.
The bus system is a vital part of any city, connecting people and places, which is why here in Bangor it’s fittingly called the Community Connector.

The City of Bangor shared on Facebook that the Community Connector is looking for public input as it considers updates to its fare system.
Residents can share their feedback at a public meeting on November 13th from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main St.

The post also notes that if you can’t make it in person, there will be a virtual meeting on November 17th from 6 to 7 p.m.
And there’s also an online survey you can fill out to share your thoughts. Updates under consideration include mobile ticketing and smart cards, new transfer ticket policies, and revised fare structures.
