The Maine Whoopie Pie Festival Is Moving To A New Location

Same great fun in June, new location!

Since we are currently stuck in the middle of winter, it's hard to think aobut sunny, Summer days, but they will be here before you know it.

The sweetest day in Maine is back for 2025. On Saturday, June 14th, the town of Dover-Foxcroft, once again becomes the Whoopie Pie capital of the world, when this beloved yearly event returns for another exciting year.

The Center Theatre and the Piscataquis Chamber of Commerce, have announced that the 2025 Maine Whoopie Pie Festival will switch locations.

For the first time in its 16-year history, the Festival will be held at the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds instead of downtown Dover-Foxcroft. The fairgrounds are located at 77 Fairview Ave, Dover-Foxcroft.

Make sure you make the trip for a day of fun, music, and of course…food!

A whole day of artists, crafters, vendors, live music, games, and activities for kids, dozens of bakers, and tens of thousands of whoopie pies.

The Maine Whoopie Pie Festival began way back in 2009, and it has become a must-attend afternoon for the whole family and community.

As always, the cost is just $6 per person, and kids 12 and under get in free!!
