Karen Iwin’s Janis Joplin Tribute Show Returns To Bangor For New Year’s Eve [VIDEO]

She performed to sell-out crowds at the Bangor Opera House this past June, and if you missed her, then what better time to see her than this New Year's Eve?

Karen Irwin from New York City will bring her Janis Joplin tribute show back to the Bangor Opera House for two big shows this New Year's Eve!

Among others, expect Irwin to belt out such classics as Me And Bobby McGee, Piece Of My Heart and Mercedes Benz!  Backing her up will be drummer Alex Van Bergeink, and local musicians like guitarist Jeremy Shirland, keyboardist Colin Graebert and bass player Gaylen Smith.

The performances will take place at 6 & 9PM, and tickets are now on sale at 942-3333, or at the Penobscot Theatre Company's website.
