Lincoln’s Adding Another Festival To It’s Roster: Check Out ‘Septemberfest’
The town of Lincoln knows a thing or two about festivals! It's been holding several festivals, every year, for decades.
Last month, they provided an entire weekend of entertainment with their Olympic-themed Loon Fest.
And coming up next month, they have some more fun planned!
According to their event page, Septemberfest will feature everything from food to music to crafts for sale. And it's free to get in!
The event will take place at Prince Thomas Park in Lincoln from 12 PM to 8 PM on Saturday, September 21st.
There's still time to get involved if you're a local artisan and want to be featured in the outdoor market.

Organizers say 'Septemberfest' will replace the popular 'Harvest Moon Festival' which has, up until this year, also taken place in late September.
Shawn Rogers, Events and Communications Director says they had to pivot and go in a different direction with the event due to staffing issues.
"Septemberfest is an evolution of Harvest Fest. Harvestfest was kind of a larger farmers market, and Septemberfest is more of a food truck fest. Harvestfest had a lot working pieces and required a lot of staff that is no longer available..."
