Northern Maine Goat Decides To Help Inmates With Outside Work Detail
Hey, if you're going to be picking up trash, you may as well have something that's an expert at doing it helping you out.
Check out this photograph that the Aroostook County Sheriff's Department posted on Facebook yesterday. It shows some inmates out on work detail picking up litter that was discarded on the side of the road in the small town of Chapman. A town of about 500 people to the southwest of Presque Isle.
Somewhere along the line a goat joined the duo for the detail. We don't know how long the goat worked alongside the two, or even if it was any help at all. But it certainly made for another humorous photo posted by Maine law enforcement!
