Ringo Starr Coming Back To Play Bangor
If you were sorry that you missed him when he was here a few years ago, then don't miss him this time. I mean, how often do you get to stand in the same room as a Beatle?
Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band will take the stage of the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. Get ready to hear the great songs by the Beatles that Ringo is known for, along with solo hits like "It Don't Come Easy" and "You're Sixteen."
Ringo will also perform songs from his 20th studio album released just last week titled "What's My Name", which is something that he usually shouts from the stage during a performance, and of course the audience happily yells "Ringo" right back at him.
The former Beatle and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has toured for years with a fabulous group of musicians, and next year will be no different. Expect guitarist Steve Lukather of Toto, Greg Rolie, formerly of Santana and Journey, Colin Hay from Men At Work, and other great members of the All Starr Band that will perform the big hits that they're known for.
Opening for Ringo and His All Starr Band will be the Avett Brothers. Tickets go on sale Friday, November 15, at the Cross Insurance Center Box Office and at Ticketmaster.com.
Peace and love, everybody!
