A woman from Penobscot County has turned herself in to authorities after receiving an indictment earlier this week in connection with the death of a man from Newport.
Police were first made aware that 22-year-old Richard Bock had allegedly held a woman against her will, assaulting her multiple times, at some points with a firearm.
After crossing a field, authorities say the front-end loader ended up on the Center Road in Charleston, where members of law enforcement eventually caught up with it.
