David Coverdale, former lead vocalist of Whitesnake and at one time Deep Purple, is celebrating his 62nd birthday today.  How could we forget the Whitesnake videos from back in the 80s with then girlfriend Tawny Kitaen.  I know I can't!

Speaking of a great video from the 80s, how about "I Love Rock N Roll" by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts? I remember playing this song while working at the old Y101 above the Bagel Shop in Downtown Bangor.  Today is also Joan's birthday, she's 55, and can still kick your ass!
