Where the hell is everybody?

It was recently discovered by the Providence Police Department in Rhode Island that almost one hundred of that state's residents had registered their cars and trucks here in Maine to avoid avoid higher taxes, insurance rates and automated tickets.  A clerk there looking at various tickets took notice of the same address in Maine.

The address that they had used was a neatly maintained field in Jefferson, Maine, at 94 Waldoboro Road.

Cleanest out-of-staters that we've ever encountered.

The phantom Maine residents will soon receive a bill from the state that they actually reside in.
