A Very Courageous York Police Officer Rescues Skunk From Cup [VIDEO]

When all was said and done, this cop from York exclaimed "that was a first."  We bet he's hoping it will be the last!

Motorcycle officer Officer David McKinnon recently came across something very smelly while on patrol one night, a skunk with its head stuck in a cup.  Lucky for us it was all recorded and posted to the York Maine Police Department's Facebook page!

Now you really have to give this guy a lot of credit for manning up and helping the stinky creature out of a jam.  Watch as the Officer tugs and tugs and tugs before finally being successful!

His success didn't stop there.  When finally freed, watch as the skunk stares right at the officer as if to say thank you, and then turn the other way and scurry away, without spraying anyone!
