America Will Play Aura In Portland

We've talked with a few people this week who are really looking forward to seeing this band play in Maine!

America, featuring original members Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell, will play Aura on Saturday night, March 16th, and there's still tickets left.

It's the band's 50th Anniversary tour and they're still sounding strong! The Top 40 band from the 70s are well known for classics like A Horse With No Name, Ventura Highway, Daisy Jane, Tin Man and Sister Golden Hair.

Original band member Dan Peek left the band during it's heyday, back in 1977, due to their exhausting tour schedule, but Beckley and Bunnell have continued on and off throughout the years. Read all about them at VenturaHighway.com.
