Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the grocery store yet another company recalls products.  Good news is it isn’t e coli this time just a little metal has sneaked into Jimmy Dean’s pork sausage apparently.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Safety Service recalled products include “Jimmy Dean HEAT ’n SERVE Original SAUSAGE LINKS Made with Pork & Turkey” with a Use By date of Jan. 31, 19. Look for the case code A6382168. The products also bear establishment number “EST. 19085” on the back of the product packaging.

The  USDA and Jimmy Deans are advising consumers who find that they have purchased the product in question  to return them where you purchased them or discard them but ask that you please do not consume them. Consumers with questions about the recall can contact the Jimmy Dean customer service line at (855) 382-3101.
