Apples To Apples Which To Choose For Which Purpose

Wow how long have I waited for something as simple as this to know what's what with apples.

Not being much of a cook, nor was my mother apples have always been kind of a mystery to me.  I know what I like to eat but whether or not the apples I like are good for anything else was definitely outside my wheelhouse...until today. Thanks to cool guides on Reddit and the orchard where they found it light has dawned on Marblehead. Truth be told that Reddit site has a guide for a bunch of stuff that is fun to know.
