Grab Your Lawn Chair & Come Hungry; Final BBQ & Movie In Old Town

The final installment of the City of Old Town's Summer Movie and Concert in the Park series comes to an end this Wednesday evening, with an opportunity to take in a flick, and eat some dinner, all without having to cook or clean up! As if that wasn't enough of a draw, the dinner and movie are both free!

According to the City of Old Town's Facebook Page, the event kicks off at 6 PM tonight.

The free Community BBQ & Movie will take place at Riverfront Park in Old Town. From 6 PM to 8 PM, they'll host a BBQ and lawn games. After a quick clean-up and transition, folks are welcome to gather around, bring a blanket or lawn chair, and watch "Top Gun: Maverick" out under the stars.

Temps could drop a bit when the sun goes down, so make sure to grab an extra layer, and some bug spray. You've got to admit that it's a fun opportunity to make a fun summer memory, just before the back-to-school season kicks off. So take advantage of this beautiful evening, and make the most of it!
