Here we are, almost exactly a year later since this all began, and sometimes it's hard to feel like we've made any progress. In reality, we have. Although, that can always depend on who you ask. But hey... at least in a limited capacity compared to last year, there's places to go eat food, and kids are mostly in school.

One thing that also seems hard to believe at times, is that we're about to get a third round of stimulus checks from the federal government. Love or hate the concept, it is our reality. I mean, you do have the right to chuck that check in the trash when it shows up at your house, but chances are, $1400 won't inconvenience your life that much.

Since we also live in a day and age where almost everything is ruled by Amazon, people have gotten used to being able to log into a website or an app, and track everything. We all want to know the progress of our new winter hat in its travels from the fulfillment center in the midwest, and when Chad from UPS is going to stop by.

Well, combine all this modern day madness, and you now have the ability to track your stimulus payment as it makes its way to your hot little hands. Frankly, you had the ability to track them the last two times too, but now the link is live and you can start tracking you cash money right here at the IRS website, according to WGME - TV13.

It is pretty spiffy that this is the world we live in. Our parents used to just wait around for that stuff to show up in the mail. And so do we, but at least now, we can complain about how long it's taking to get here in real time. As opposed to the good old days of it just being Shrodinger's stimulus check. If you're a Big Bang Theory fan, enjoy the joke.

Anyhow, happy tracking and seriously.... don't let the waiting get to you. It'll get there. A watched pot never boils. Actually, that old saying is wrong, but we'll save that for another time....
