We'll be out in the cold this Saturday, collecting pasta that'll eventually end up on a local families' dinner table.

Places like the Bar Harbor Food Pantry, the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry in Ellsworth, and the Emmaus Shelter in Ellsworth, serve hundreds of families each and every week.  The demand for food is high, and at this time of the year the shelves at this places are getting bare.  Let's help everyone out!

Look for DJ Fred and Chris Popper by the front entrance to Hannaford Supermarket at the Maine Coast Mall in Ellsworth, this Saturday between 9 am and 1 pm.  The boys may be looking a little cold at some point, but their efforts are well worth it.

They'll accept boxes of pasta, tomato sauce, any other non-perishable food item, and of course MONEY!  Your CASH DONATIONS go amazingly far when a local food pantry buys food for those in need.

Last year, Fred and Chris collected almost three-and-a-half tons of food!  Let's do it again!

Thank you for considering a donation this Saturday in Ellsworth. See you there.
