A report of a man driving erratically led Bangor Police to arrest a man in a mail truck for OUI.

Anthony Federico, 43, of Bowerbank is charged with operating under the influence.

Bangor, Maine Mail Van Driver Charged With Operating Under the Influence

Bangor Police Officers responded to the area of French Street just after 4 pm on Monday for a report of a mail van being driven erratically.

The officers located the van and interviewed the driver. During that conversation, they allegedly noticed signs of impairment.

Federico was charged with operating under the influence and transported to the Penobscot County Jail.

There's no report that anyone was hurt in the incident.
