Three people are facing charges after a drug bust on Wednesday morning in Brewer.

Brewer, Maine Police Arrest 3 on Drug Charges After Search

The suspects have been identified as:

Jennifer Arnold, 57, Brewer

  • Unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs
  • Violation of the condition release

Shaquille Wright, 32, of Brewer

  • Endangering the welfare of a child
  • Aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drugs

Nicole Pelkey, 37, of Brewer

  • Endangering the welfare of a child
  • Aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drugs
  • Unlawful furnishing of Schedule W drugs.

The suspects were taken to the Penobscot County Jail.

Brewer, Maine Police Seize Cocaine Base in Union Street Search

Wednesday morning, September 24, 2025, Brewer Police Officers executed a search warrant at an apartment on Union Street, which resulted in the seizure of cocaine base.

The police have not indicated whether a child was at the scene, but did contact the Maine Department of Health and Human Services in the course of the investigation.

Trafficking charges in this case were elevated to aggravated because they allegedly occurred within a designated drug-free safe zone.
