A Signature Roadside Attraction in Maine Goes Up For Sale
For quite a few that travel to Bar Harbor, Maine, or Acadia National Park in the summer, there's a small detour they like to take to visit one of the state's most unique roadside attractions.
That attraction is Wild Blueberry Land, a shop and museum shaped like a fresh blueberry. Because of its fascinating appearance, Wild Blueberry Land has gained plenty of attention on social media and new visitors to the small town of Columbia Falls.
But the longtime owners of the property are ready for the next adventure in their life as long as they can find the right buyer for one of Maine's most unique properties.
Wild Blueberry Land in Columbia Falls, Maine, is For Sale
According to Maine Public, the owners of Wild Blueberry Land along Route 1 in Maine are prepared to sell their property to the right buyer.

It isn't just about the price. The current owners would like to see the next owner preserve the property which includes the signature blueberry dome that makes it a roadside attraction.
One of the key wishes of the current owners is that any potential buyer maintain the blueberry dome and the legacy the property has built.
Wild Blueberry Land in Columbia Falls, Maine, Has Been Around For 25 Years
First opening in 2001, Wild Blueberry Land spent 2026 celebrating 25 years as one of the most interesting places to visit in Maine.
The main goal of Wild Blueberry Land has always been to educate visitors on how incredible and important blueberries are as a wild fruit as well as the process to properly harvest them.
It doesn't hurt to offer baked goods and other treats centered around blueberries, either.
Wild Blueberry Land typically draws between 15,000 to 20,000 visitors each year.
