Lost Dog: Leah Goes Missing In Otter Creek This Morning

Have you seen Leah today?

There is nothing worse than losing your best friend, especially if you are a child.

The MDI Lost/Found Pet Alert Facebook page posted about a lost dog named Leah this  morning.  She got lose for the first time ever while on a walk in Otter Creek this Friday morning, July 17th, around 6, and the daughter in the family is devastated.

Leah looks to be a shepard and husky mix and apparently she's not too good with folks other than her family.  The family writes within the Facebook post that, "This dog loves kids but will act full fierce around people she does not know."  Leah has never bitten anyone, but the family is asking that you try not to apprehend her and just give them a call at (202) 394 3122 if you happen to cross paths.

Otter Creek is on the southeast side of Mount Desert Island and borders Acadia National Park.
