Maine DMV Will Be Closed This Thursday

Hey, and we wanted to register the Chevette this Thursday.

Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap announcing yesterday that all bureaus of the Maine Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed this Thursday, September 26th, for a full day of training.

So, if you don't like that photo of yourself on your license, getting a new one will have to wait another day.

"The Maine Department of Labor will conduct the bureau-wide staff training, which will review the bureau’s Language Accessibility Policy and provide staff with an introduction to deaf culture", so that they may continue to serve everyone efficiently, according to a press release.
