The Maine Office of Marijuana Policy unveiled a shared universal symbol that will be displayed on commercial marijuana products soon to be sold here in the state.  You'll also see the symbol in other states like Massachusetts that sell pot as well.

Maine voters approved the sale and use of recreational marijuana at the polls back in November of 2016.  Since then states like Massachusetts and Vermont, and the entire country of Canada, got their act together to enough to hand out licenses to businesses to sell week.  Rumor has it that Maine will finally allow establishments to sell recreational marijuana in early 2020.
