Movie Thriller Filmed In Maine To Screen This Saturday [VIDEO]
Wow, check out this the trailer for this thriller filmed early last year in the Camden, Rockport and Islesboro areas!
Island Zero, was written by best-selling author Tess Gerritsen, and it focuses on a fishing community located on a remote island somewhere off the coast of Maine that is suddenly cut off when the ferry stops arriving. It doesn't take long before the islanders realize that something is hunting them, and people are disappearing. Spooky!
You know that something creepy is going to happen when at the beginning of the trailer someone asks one of the main characters, "Why do you stay here?" The response then is, "Never had a good enough reason to leave."
The movie was directed by Gerritsen's son Josh, and stars Laila Robbins and Adam Wade. It premiered earlier this year in Boston.
Island Zero will be shown this Saturday, April 29th, Community Little Theatre, part of the the Emerge Film Festival in Lewiston/Auburn.
