Another Popular Piscataquis County Restaurant Is Up For Sale
Not too long ago, it was announced that the Riverside Grill in Dover-Foxcroft was looking for new owners. At first, it was simply put on the market as for sale. Later, the current owner decided to create a contest where folks could pay $100 and write an essay for a chance to win the property and the business instead.
Now, another popular Piscataquis County restaurant is looking for someone to come and take over ownership of the place.
Earlier this week, it was announced, via their social media page, that Pat's Pizza in Milo, a staple of the community for over 20 years, is up for sale as well.
Included in the deal is not only the restaurant, but the bar and ice cream stand, and filling station. Management suggests that the business, which has been successful throughout the decades, offers multiple revenue streams and is a great chance for the right investor to build some wealth.
According to the post, there are many good reasons why someone might want to take a closer look at this opportunity.
For those curious about what's included in this turnkey sale, it seems to be the whole kit and caboodle.
"• Fully Operational Pat’s Pizza Franchise – Trusted, beloved, and renowned across Maine.
• Rustic Sports Bar – Complete with a full-service bar, live entertainment stage, pool tables, and vibrant ambiance.
• Seasonal Ice Cream Stand – Attracts families and summer traffic throughout the season,
• Propane Filling Station – An added income stream that drives utility-based foot traffic.
• Upgraded Infrastructure – Transformed from a car wash into a community centerpiece with endless charm."

The restaurant sits at 20 Park Street, right in the middle of Milo's downtown area. The post says that those who are interested in learning more can send a direct message to the current management to find out further details.
