Classic Rockers, Tesla, To Play Waterville Opera House This June
The Sacramento-based band that started as City Kidd, and eventually adopted a name that would be a nod to all things electric, Tesla is coming to Waterville this June.

While they originally started out as glam rockers, Tesla is now known for their mix of blues/soul and 70s rock.
The last time the band came to Maine, they played the Aura in Portland in May of 2022.
This time, according to the Waterville Opera House's Facebook Page, the group who brought us hits like "Love Song" and "Signs" will make their way a little further up north, as they've scheduled to perform at the Waterville Operahouse on Wednesday, June 4th at 8 PM.
"TESLA has endured many of the same taste-changing challenges that affected many in the post grunge world, but through it all, their blue-collar work ethic and dedication to the faithful fan base has helped them not just survive but thrive. TESLA’s legacy is alive and well as they continue to record and sellout venues all over the world. As comfortable, rugged, and dependable as your favorite pair of boots, they endure. TESLA is a celebration of the greatest spirits of rock and roll."
Tickets for the show go on sale to the public on Monday, January 27th at 10 AM, and range anywhere between $106 to $116. Those who are members of the Waterville Opera House can already purchase theirs online. Click here to find out more.
