Summer days, and heat, are upon us. The Brewer pool will open for the season this week.

The winter debris has been cleared out, and a new coat of paint has been laid down. The Brewer Municipal Pool is opening for the season on the first day of summer, Thursday June 21. Regular hours will be Monday through Friday 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays, noon to 4:30 p.m. There's also special free Tuesday and Thursday night swims 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Pool Fees:

  • Brewer Resident - 17 years-old and younger: $1.00
  • Brewer Resident - Adults: $1.50
  • Non-Resident - 17 years-old and younger: $2.00
  • Non-Resident - Adults: $2.50

Last spring the Brewer pool was renovated. Crews milled the bottom of the pool, and applied a new top coating. In addition, the deck and the sides of the pool got a brand new covering of pavement and concrete.

The Brewer Municipal Pool will be open through August 17.
