U2’s The Edge Tells How He Has To Call Bono Back Into His Body During Shows

We have heard of performers getting into the "Zone" when they are on stage but it sounds like Bono goes someplace a bit stranger than that.

I this very fun interview the Edge tells how Bono got so distracted during one performance where Jimmy was supposed to get up and sing with them he forgot Jimmy was there.

That is when Bono admits to going into another state of consciousness when he performs. He gets somewhat even with the Edge when he points out that he is the one who has held up the release of their latest album. The girl on the cover of the new album is Edge's daughter and the song "You're The Best Part Of Me' was written for Bono's wife.
