Veazie Man Dies in Forklift Accident

A Veazie man died in an industrial accident in Kenduskeag Tuesday morning.

Gary Mullen, 59, was involved in the fatal accident involving a forklift, according to police.

The accident occurred at a rented building on the Ames Road about 9:45 a.m.

Co-workers had administered aid, but Mullen was declared deceased.

OSHA is investigating.
