No word yet on whether the Vice President will be enjoying the hot Thanksgiving sandwich.

Hot on the campaign trail for his boss President Trump, Vice President Mike Pence will make his first trip ever to Maine with a campaign stop today at Dysart's Truck Stop and Restaurant on the Coldbrook Road in Hermon.  The event is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m.

Pence and Trump are committed to winning Maine, but have their work cut out for them as the latest poll shows former Vice President Joe Biden with a commanding lead of 56% and to Trump's 42%.

Earlier this year, the President put VP Mike Pence in charge of the daunting task of controlling the COVID-19 outbreak which has so far killed over 217,000 Americans.  Pence is the former governor of Indiana, and served

Trump recently dissed Susan Collins, Maine's United States Senator, when he said that she was "not worth the work" because she would not vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court.

President Donald Trump last visited Maine back in June when he traveled to the small town of Guilford to tour Puritan Medical Products, the only facility in the country that produces medical swabs used to test for COVID-19.  He son, Donald Trump Jr. spoke in Holden four weeks ago when he made an appearance in front of his father's supporters at Maine Military Supply.
