Which Breed Tops The List For America’s Favorite Dog

So many different kinds of dogs in the world.  I met one the other day that was part Australian Shepard and part Corgi names Auggie, cutie to the max, The other thing just as amazing that the numbers of types of dogs is how different their personalities are. When I was a kid I had a standard collie named Mr Prince. Guess fashions change in everything, collies didn't even make the list.  So  what is the most popular choice?

According to the report by Rover our number 1 choice as Americans for a dog is a mixed breed.  I can believe this could be because from what I have experienced they tend to be heartier than some purebreds.  Following up across all of the country as the top 5 are
