Today is Kim Bassinger's birthday, and I have to write about something, so it might as well be about the hot actresses that I've had a crush on throughout the years.

My infatuation with Hollywood's blonde bombshells started back in the 70s when Farrah Fawcett-Majors hit the small screen in the TV show Charlie's Angels. I still remember seeing that famous poster for the first time in the Enfield Mall.  It didn't take long for the bed room wall to be covered her royal blondness.  All my high school friends were impressed.

Next up was Kim Bassinger, who turns 61 today.  Her movies throughout the 80s got me hooked, they weren't very good, but for some reason I watched them, intently. There was Blind Date, My Stepmother Is An Alien, Never Say Never Again and the first Batman movie, where she spent the majority of the movie screeching.  The blonde tradition continued.

Which leads me to the final of the "big three," Pamela Anderson.  Yup, someone held me  at gunpoint one day and made me watch Baywatch, but it was my enough to begin my fascination with the Canadian actress.  I never watched much of Baywatch, but Pamela's calendar hung in my basement next to the Red Sox and transfer station schedules.
