Your Social Security Check Will Be Bigger Next Year

You've gotta love a monthly increase.

How about a nice 2.8% cost-of-living increase in monthly checks for those that receive Social Security benefits?  Yes!  Pretty cool!

The increase averages out to an extra $39 a month for those drawing SS, disabled veterans and those that have retired from the federal government.

The increase will take effect beginning January 2019.
