Adult Lynx Goes For A Swim Within The Allagash Wilderness Waterway [PHOTOS]

Have you ever seen a lynx here in Maine? If so, chances are you've never seen one going for a swim!

The Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry recently posted these great photos of a lynx going for a dip in Long Lake!

An adult Lynx in Maine can weigh up to 24 lbs, and apparently can swim pretty good!

This lynx was seen at the Allagash Wilderness Waterway (AWW) swimming across Long Lake! The incredible photos were taken by Steve Day. Thanks Steve!
