His name is David Parkinson, weather producer for  CBS and if you can get by the fact he looks about 19 he really give the break down of the difference between Irma and Harvey in a way you'll understand completely. The basic difference is that Irma is about the wind and Harvey was all about the rain.  the other difference you'll see him explain is how hitting or not hitting the islands in its path may affect the strength and damage this storm may hold in its wake. For now there appears to be several paths the storm may take.  I heard on weather announcer this morning say one island that was hit the winds were well over 100 mph and broke the device measuring the wind speed. The last recorded measurement was 185 MPH. Florida has declared a state of emergency in anticipation of the storm making landfall some time on Sunday during the overnight. Reports say stores are already running out of water and supplies.
