Our SPCA of Hancock County Pet of the Week has a special trait that he's become know for!

Liam is always ready to offer support to humans or other felines with a head bump and loud, reassuring purr. Liam’s special skill is getting shy cats to come out of their shells, and he’s truly a wizard at it.

Three year-old Liam has green eyes, tiger stripes, and white mittens.  He’s 18 pounds of love, just looking for a place to call home and a family to share it with. (His only caveat is that he refuses to share anything, ever, with dogs. He feels they are not to be tolerated.)

The SPCA of Hancock County is a no-kill facility, and currently has many cats and dogs available for adoption.  It’s located at 141 Bar Harbor Road in Trenton.  It’s open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays between 11 AM – 5 PM.  Fridays and Saturdays between 11 AM – 6 PM.  Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Call them at call at 667-8088! Email them at info@spcahancockcounty.org.  Follow them on Facebook and check out the website too!
